They have a very thin 50% whole wheat crust, feed 2-3 and are made using local ingredients when possible including our own veggies. 100% delicious!Pepperoni Classico: A classic pepperoni pizza using local pepperoni from locally raised animals. It has a base of tomatoes cooked down in extra-virgin olive oil, fresh garlic and oregano. The other toppings are fresh mushrooms, calamata olives, sweet peppers, sweet onions and mozarella. $20.00 Quattro Stagioni: The four seasons is a faithful reproduction of one of the favourite pizzas of Italy. It has the tomatoe reduction base with proscuitto, sun-dried black olives, fresh mushrooms and unmarinated artichoke hearts. $22.00 Paridiso Vegetale: Vegetable Paradise also has the tomatoe reduction base described above. The toppings are sun-dried tomatoes, marinated artichoke hearts, fresh mushrooms, calamata olives, sweet onions and sweet peppers. It lives up to it's name. $20.00 Greco-Italiano: Having the flavours of both cultures this pizza has a base of spinach sauteed in extra-virgin olive oil with garlic and onions, dill and oregano. The toppings are calamata olives, fresh mushrooms, feta, and mozzarella. $20.00 Il Pacifico: This pizza features good-sized quality shrimp and our own basil pesto base. The pizza has sun-dried tomatoes and sweet peppers coverd with feta and mozzarella. A delicious combination of flavours. $20.00 Gustoso Rosmarino: A rich and flavourful pizza, great as an appetizer. Savoury Rosemary has a base of extra-virgin olive oil, our own garlic and rosemary. This is topped with feta, mozzarella, lots of fresh mushrooms and a scattering of fresh rosemary. Rosemary and garlic are a marriage made in heaven. $20.00 Genoa Salami: This classic is made with Italiano Genoa salami and has our tasty tomatoe reduction base. The other toppings are fresh mushrooms, sweet onions and sweet peppers. $20.00 Quattro Formaggio: Layers of four delicious cheeses: asiago, peccorino romano, feta and mozzarella top our own basil pesto this simple classic. Gluten-Free Pizzas: The crust contains stone ground white rice flour, water, extra-virgin olive oil, honey, yeast, salt, and xanthan gum. I bring a few Paradiso Vegetale pizzas made with this crust to the market each week. As well, with a weeks notice I can make any variety with this crust.
